Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
