Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Divide the oatmeal into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with 1/4 cup of mixed berries.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each bowl.
- Pour 1/8 cup of almond milk over each bowl.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
