- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Mix in 3 cups of old-fashioned oats and 1 cup of raisins until well blended.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
