  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and mushrooms, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom halves.
  • Place a beef patty on each bottom bun, then top with the cooked onions and mushrooms. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the mushrooms.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
