  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until they are tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet. Brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the crust. Sprinkle the dried oregano evenly over the crust.
  • Evenly distribute the sautéed mushrooms over the flatbread. Top with fresh spinach, then sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the spinach.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
