Mushroom and Spinach Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until they are tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet. Brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the crust. Sprinkle the dried oregano evenly over the crust.
- Evenly distribute the sautéed mushrooms over the flatbread. Top with fresh spinach, then sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the spinach.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
