Ingredients
- 2 slices of Italian bread
- 4-6 slices of mortadella
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup of arugula
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Place the 2 slices of Italian bread on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard on one slice of bread and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the other slice.
- Layer 4-6 slices of mortadella on one slice of bread, followed by 2 slices of provolone cheese.
- Top with 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoncini peppers and 1/4 cup of arugula.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the arugula.
- Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
