Ingredients
- 1 bag of plain Doritos
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of diced red onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread the plain Doritos in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, and sliced jalapenos evenly over the Doritos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Top with dollops of sour cream, chopped cilantro, and salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
