  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat or spinach wraps
  • 1 cup of hummus
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, sliced

  • Warm the wraps in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto each wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Divide the grilled chicken slices, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives evenly among the wraps.
  • Fold in the sides of the wraps and then roll them up tightly, tucking in the filling as you go.
