  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of ground lamb, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add 1 small red onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in 1/4 cup each of chopped fresh parsley, mint, and dill, along with 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese and the juice of 1 lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
