Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1.5 pounds of ground turkey, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
