  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder to make the spicy sriracha mayo. Set aside.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  • While the burgers are cooking, grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they have grill marks.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
  • Assemble the burgers by spreading a generous amount of spicy sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a lettuce leaf, a grilled burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of grilled pineapple, a slice of red onion, and a slice of cooked bacon. Add the top half of the bun.
