Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it out slightly to smooth the creases.
  • Cut the pastry sheet into 8 equal squares.
  • Spoon the pecan mixture onto the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the corners of each square over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, creating a small bundle.
  • Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
