Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 3/4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger.
  • In a separate large bowl, mix together 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, and 1/3 cup of water until well combined.
