Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey until well combined.
- Divide the diced mango evenly into two serving bowls.
- Pour the sweetened yogurt over the mango in each bowl.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt in each bowl.
- Top with 1/2 tablespoon of shredded coconut and 1/2 tablespoon of chopped nuts in each bowl.
