Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
