- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of chopped lobster meat, 1/4 cup of green onions, 1/4 cup of water chestnuts, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1 tsp of minced ginger, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 1/2 tsp of sesame oil. Mix well to combine.
- Place a small spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal tightly.

- Serve the lobster wontons hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
