Fresh, high-quality lobster tails and aromatic garlic are essential for creating a dish that truly shines. Today, some of the best versions of this dish can be found in renowned seafood restaurants along the New England coast, where chefs expertly prepare the lobster tails to highlight their natural sweetness and tenderness.
