Loaded Chili Cheese Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) of chili beans
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef and 1 small diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in 1 can of chili beans, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread 1 bag of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet in an even layer.
- Spoon the chili mixture over the tortilla chips, then sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup of sliced black olives, and 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos over the top.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of sour cream over the nachos and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
