- 1 pound linguine
- 2 pounds fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the cleaned mussels to the skillet and pour in the white wine. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened. Discard any unopened mussels.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine. Toss to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cherry tomatoes are slightly softened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
