Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, chopped red chili, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
