- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp lemon zest, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
- Add 2 lbs of chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are in a single layer.
