- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear. Alternatively, you can also bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
