Ingredients
- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
