  • After 25 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the trimmed asparagus around the chicken. Drizzle the remaining lemon garlic mixture over the asparagus.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and the asparagus is tender.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
