  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss 1 lb of trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized, stirring once halfway through cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
