Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
- Remove from heat and serve the lemon garlic parmesan shrimp immediately, garnished with additional parmesan and parsley if desired.
