Instructions

  • Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined with the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
