Instructions

  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add the lemon juice and zest, and toss everything together to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
