Ingredients
- 8 oz of linguine pasta
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice, chopped dill, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the shrimp and lemon dill sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
