Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill to make the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the fillets and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
