Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to make the lemon dill aioli.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the lemon dill aioli evenly over the top of each fillet.
