The grilled Lemon Dill Aioli Salmon is a modern twist on a classic dish, infusing the rich flavors of the salmon with the smoky essence of the grill. This variation originated in coastal regions where grilling seafood is a culinary tradition. Renowned chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay have popularized this method, elevating the dish to new heights. The key to perfecting this recipe lies in the quality of the salmon and the balance of the zesty lemon and aromatic dill in the aioli. For the best version of this dish, head to waterfront restaurants in cities like Seattle or San Francisco, where fresh, locally sourced salmon takes center stage.
