  • Add the seasoned scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and opaque. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Reduce the heat to low and return the scallops to the skillet, allowing them to heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
