Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the lemon and dill mixture over the top of each fillet.
- Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet for added flavor.
