Ingredients
- 1 box (7.25 oz) of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, adding the broccoli florets to the boiling water during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, prepare the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner according to the package instructions, using 2 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of milk.
- Once the macaroni and cheese is ready, stir in the cooked broccoli and mix well.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover the saucepan with a lid to allow the cheese to melt for 2-3 minutes.
