Ingredients
- For the Krabby Patty:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

- 4 hamburger buns

- For the Seaweed Salad:
- 1/2 cup of dried seaweed
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced radish
Instructions
- For the Krabby Patty:
- In a bowl, mix together 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped pickles, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the Krabby Patties with lettuce, tomato, and cheese on the toasted buns.
