Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Add the 1.5 lbs of chicken breast cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
