Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, 1/4 cup of sesame oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 2 chopped green onions, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
- Place the 3 pounds of pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are well coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the ribs for 15-20 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char. Baste the ribs with the marinade while grilling.
- Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve the Korean BBQ pork ribs hot with steamed rice and your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
