Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced

- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/4 cup of matchstick carrots
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of gochujang, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
