Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
