  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Warm the jumbo flour tortilla in a microwave for 10 seconds to make it more pliable.
  • Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface and start layering the ingredients in the center of the tortilla in the following order: cooked rice, black beans, seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced bell peppers, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and shredded lettuce.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form a burrito.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the burrito seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the burrito from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing it in half diagonally.
  • Serve the jumbo burrito with additional salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side, if desired. Enjoy!
