  • 1/2 cup of cucumber, julienned
  • 1/2 cup of carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup of onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the julienned cucumber, carrot, and sliced onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
