Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer, then remove from heat.
  • Add 2 chai tea bags to the hot milk and let steep for 5 minutes, then discard the tea bags.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg until well combined.
  • Allow the spiced milk mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, fill two glasses with 1 cup of ice cubes each.
  • Pour the chilled spiced milk mixture over the ice in each glass, dividing it evenly.
