Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
