Instructions

  • Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
  • Pour the honey mustard mixture over the tofu cubes and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the tofu cubes to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and crispy, flipping the cubes halfway through the cooking time.
  • While the tofu is baking, brush the remaining honey mustard glaze over the tofu cubes a couple of times during the cooking process.
  • Once the tofu is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
