  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the honey mustard mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the reserved honey mustard mixture during the last few minutes of grilling.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
