- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the honey mustard mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the reserved honey mustard mixture during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
