- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour half of the honey glaze over them, turning to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Pour the remaining honey glaze over the pork chops in the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the glaze thickens and coats the chops.
- Remove from the heat and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
