Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the pork chops with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the Dutch oven and set aside.
  • Add the minced garlic to the Dutch oven and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the maple syrup mixture and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return the pork chops to the Dutch oven, spooning the glaze over the top. Sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary.
