Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini), chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the honey mixture over them. Seal the bag and shake to coat the drumsticks evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
