  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to create the glaze.
  • Place the racks of baby back ribs on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Brush the glaze over the ribs, making sure to coat both sides.
  • Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.
  • Open the foil and brush the ribs with any remaining glaze. Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
  • Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
