Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
